Double pointer riser pressure system

 

The instrument is designed and produced by introducing advanced foreign technology. It breaks the drawbacks of the traditional mud pressure form pointer indicating inaccurate interpretation of the micro differential pressure. One pointer indicates the measured pressure value, and the other pointer will measure the pressure value. The ratio of 4:1 is magnified, and the slight change of pressure can be observed, which makes the interpretation more accurate and reliable. The double pointer mud table can accurately measure the pressure value of mud and acid. The system is mainly composed of double pointer mud pressure gauge, riser pressure sensor or 1:1 riser pressure sensor, high pressure hose and hand pressure pump. Mainly used for cementing, cement fracturing truck operations or acidizing operations.
